At EasyPost we are as flexible as possible towards our customers. So are our pick-up hours. That is why we ask our customers to give us a time lock of two hours in which our driver will pick up the mail. That way our customers know perfectly when to expect their EasyPost driver.
This is useful for the daily schedule of our customers as well as for the route planning of our drivers. This gives both parties the opportunity to work as efficiently as possible.
What if a customer closes exceptionally? Together with the customer, EasyPost tries to find a solution: adaptation of the routes, a mailbox in which the mail can be placed, an enclosed space,… If one of these solutions is not possible, we will exceptionally try to visit you that day within the requested hours. This, however, at a small additional cost.
Thanks to EasyPost’s flexible services, you no longer have to comply with the standard closing hours of the bpost offices. We will make sure that your mail is not delayed.
