“We’re an ‘automotive’ company, more specifically a Mercedes-Benz dealership with seven branches in Belgium and two in France. We have a ‘one stop shop’ and, in addition to new cars, second-hand vehicles, vans and trucks, we also offer all kinds of maintenance. In addition to our ‘Multimerken Carrosserie Plus’ we also own the rental company ‘Luxauto'”.

In what way did you work before EasyPost?

“We used to work with a franking machine and the mail was collected by bpost. But for our registered mail, we had to fill in everything manually and that was a lot of work. It was also quite expensive, but we didn’t know any better.

Until I got a call and made an appointment with your account manager Jordi. He came to introduce himself at our company and told us about EasyPost and how it works”.

Why did you choose EasyPost?

“Because it’s made the work for our receptionists much easier and everything is much more efficient. And, of course, the lower costs.”

Are you satisfied with EasyPost?

“Yes, I am. The switch to EasyPost went very smoothly. Even if we want to make modifications, everything goes quickly. Jordi, our account manager and contact within EasyPost, responds very quickly and follows up very well.

EasyPost saves us a lot of time processing the mail and the way of working is very simple. So everyone is very satisfied!
