How do we work?

We analyse your current processes for registered deliveries 

Do you send large volumes of registered letters? We identify your existing processes for registered deliveries. Printing, franking, verification and shipment costs a considerable amount of money. On average, a registered letter costs €9. You also lose a significant amount of time tracking and storing legal documents.

We define and build the desired workflows

Together, we build a basic or advanced workflow that accommodates the various stages of the process in your organisation. This automatically prepares registered mail for shipment. We read the delivery details directly from your documents. An electronic registered delivery is approximately €6 cheaper than a physical registered mail.

We first supply your documents electronically...

We send an electronic registered delivery (QeRDS). The recipient receives a notification via email and requesting them to accept and retrieve the registered mail in electronic form. The recipient must identify themselves using eID or itsme® and can download the message following this identification.

...guaranteed delivery of your mail

Not received a response to your electronic registered delivery within a predetermined number of days? Then we use a fully automated process to send a traditional registered letter via bpost. We print in colour or black and white, one-sided or double-sided, up to 8 pages. We subsequently prepare the letter for dispatch.

We also enjoy preferential rates at bpost, due to the large volumes of mail that we send on a daily basis.

You maintain an overview at all times

Your personal dashboard displays whether your message has been successfully delivered, opened or processed, per shipment and recipient. It also displays if and when the next task is due to commence. You can readily view and save delivery receipts for (electronic) registered deliveries. This dashboard is tailored to the specific needs of your organisation, users and departments.
