As soon as the workflow commences, we send your documents via a fully-automated process. We prefer to first send them electronically via standard email, secure email or QeRDS (electronic registered delivery). We can additionally deliver them to third-party platforms such as Doccle or eBox. We also process reminders or duplicates electronically and automatically.

No response (confirmation, rejection or download) to your message within a predetermined time frame? Then the next task commences. This can be another electronic mail or a physical letter, registered or otherwise. We print in colour or black and white, one-sided or double-sided, up to 8 pages. We subsequently prepare the letter for dispatch.
