We print and send your documents
The first step is to upload your documents on the portal. You can subsequently request to have the desired documents printed at the touch of a button. Our state-of-the-art printing machines enable us to read the shipping addresses that appear on your documents and subsequently apply these to the envelopes. We then deliver the mail to bpost, which they subsequently dispatch.
You maintain an overview of your outgoing mail at all times
Your personal dashboard displays each print job and confirms whether our platform has received it in good order. It also specifies the current status of the document (printed or pending printing), and whether it has been placed in an envelope and delivered to bpost for distribution. This dashboard is tailored to the specific needs of your organisation, users and departments.
