Then secure mail is the ideal solution. We first send your document via secure mail. This enables you to reach a large portion of your recipients electronically. Have some recipients failed to respond to your digital mail or are they unable to receive your document electronically? Then they’ll receive a paper version in the post a few days later.

We advise you to work with secure mail in the first instance, as this offers numerous advantages. Your post is partially digitised, secure emails are safer than standard emails, and you know exactly what the recipient does with your document. The recipient can download the attachment once they’ve identified themselves using eID or itsme®. We therefore know for sure whether the document has been downloaded or not.

Not received a response to your secure email within a predetermined number of days? Then we’ll automatically send a second secure email or a physical version of your document via bpost. We print this in colour or black and white, one-sided or double-sided, up to 8 pages. We subsequently prepare the letter and deliver it to bpost for dispatch.

We enjoy preferential rates at bpost, due to the large volumes of mail that we send on a daily basis.
